  	Muncie – Fred Bonshire, 74, passed away Wednesday morning, May 25, 2016, at his residence in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born on November 14, 1941 in Muncie the son of Jacob and Laura (Lorenson) Bonshire and attended Muncie schools. Mr. Bonshire was employed at General Motors for fifteen years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the UAW and the American Legion. Fred had an extensive love of automobiles and science fiction movies. Surviving are his wife, Glenda; two sons, Daniel Bonshire (wife, Tracy), Muncie and Jake Bonshire (wife, Ashley), Murfreesboro, TN; five granddaughters, Lacy Smith, Tabatha, Danyle, Kayla, and Bella Bonshire; six great grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Frank Clark, Bonita Springs, FL; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jacob Bonshire; and two sisters, Flora Bonshire and Susie Clark. Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Pastor Denny Helton officiating. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
