    Overtok farsgården Nord-Solheim, som han satt med til 1752. Da solgte han halve gården, den nordøstre parten, til Torgrim Halvorsen. Selv ble Ola sittende med den parten som ble kalt Myljom-Solheim. Grunnen til delingen var trolig behov for penger.

    Sønnen Ola overtok gården og satt i 1771 som eier av 3/4 tønne av Solheim. Han makeskiftet med Ola Halvorsen Sud-Reisjå, og han fikk en halvpart i Viken, som han igjen solgte like etterpå.

    Ola Halvorsen makeskiftet Nord-Solheim i 1772 med Østen Andresen Greivjord mot 1 tønne i Greivjord.

    Forrige bruker står nevnt i 1723, så Tov Sigurdsen har overtatt gården etter det.

    I skiftet etter Tov i 1729 balanserte boet akkurat. Bruttoformuen var på 25 riksdaler, og gjelden var det samme.

    Konen Liv giftet seg igjen etter Tovs død, men noen lykke ble det ikke akkurat. Da hun bar datteren Åse til dåpen i 1735, heter det at mannen hennes var rømt.

    Døde 35 år gammel.

    Residence:
    Sigurd giftet seg med enken på Sud-Gvåle i 1746, Ragnhild Jonsdatter. Hun var enke etter brukeren Hans Høljesen, og hadde 4 barn med han.

    I 1768 fikk de kjøpe 1/3 av gården for 150 riksdaler.

    I 1777 sto skiftet etter Ragnhild. Bruttoformuen i boet var vel 227 riksdaler, nettoformuen bare 69 riksdaler. Med i skiftet var disse husdyrene:
    7 kuer til 32 riksdaler, 1 kvige, 1 okse, 10 sauer og 6 geiter.

    I 1782 gifter Sigurd seg igjen med Siisel Taraldsdatter fra Tråer.

    Sigurd får kjøpe den siste tønnen av gården i 1791. For det måtte han ut med 132,5 riksdaler.

    Trolig var det Sigurd som ryddet Lia, som ble kalt Sigurdslie.

    I skiftet etter Sigurd i 1793 var bruttoformuen 300 riksdaler, mens nettoformuen var på 22 riksdaler 3 ort 2 skilling. Selve eiendommen ble verdsatt til 250 riksdaler. Ved skiftet var disse dyrene på gården:
    1 gammel blakk hest til 6 riksdaler, 1 ku til 6 riksdaler, 1 kvige, 2 kalver, 2 sauer, 2 lam og 1 kje.

    Bare et av barna fra hvert ekteskap levde og vesle Sigurd (født 1791) arvet gården.

    Det ser ut til at enken Sissel flyttet til Lia i 1795, da hun giftet seg igjen.
