    Knud Svendsen er nevnt som eier av 1 pund skyld i Nerløs i 1680, med underliggende Kverum og Brunseter engeland.
    I 1693 fikk Knud skjøte på engelandet Kluge med skyld 8 skinn.

    Peder Olsen Homb, sønn av Ole Olsen og Sigri Narvesdatter på Homb, lyste i 1705 pengemangel med hensyn til Nerløs for å bevare sin odelsrett til gården. Det samme gjorde dragon fra Aker Knud Nielsen i 1714, som oppga Ole Alfsen Tronderud på Gran, som hadde pantsatt Nerløs, var morfar av hans mor.
    Svend Reersens arvinger avsto imidlertid i 1714 sitt pantegods i Nerløs til Peder Olsens sønn Erik. Det dreide seg i alt om 20 lispund. Det fikk en lykkelig slutt da Knud Svendsen Nerløs' datter Anne i 1716 giftet seg med Erik Pedersen Homb.

    Både Knud Svendsen og sønnen Ole Knudsen ble boende på Nerløs etter at Erik Pedersen Homb overtok gården.
