Margaret Serina Jordahl, 96, of St. Ansgar, died Thursday (Dec. 18, 2003) at the Good Samaritan Center in St. Ansgar.
Burial will be at the First Lutheran Cemetery.

Margaret was born Aug. 2, 1907, at McCallsburg, Iowa, to Pernelle (Knudtson) and Martin Olson.
While teaching at Rake, she met and married Joseph S. Jordahl on April 21, 1935.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Gloria Jordahl; granddaughter, Kari and husband, David Fomon, of Coralville; grandson, Erik of Bettendorf; great-grandchildren, Joshua and Kristin Fomon, Taylor and Nicholas Jordahl; and several nieces and nephews.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her son, Jerry; three brothers, one sister and one niece.

Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral services for Margaret Serina Jordahl, 96, of St. Ansgar, were held Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003 at the First Lutheran Church in St. Ansgar with the Rev. Robert Porisch officiating. Burial was in the First Lutheran Cemetery.
