Harvey G. Haan, 58, of 3617 Lansing Rd., Lansing, Mich., died Friday, Aug. 19,
1994, at home.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at Morrison Christian Reformed Church, Morrison,
Ill. Burial is in Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison.
Visitation is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home,
Morrison. A memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Haan was born Feb. 4, 1936, in Fulton, the son of John and Esther E.
Shipma Haan. He married Sophia J. Skrogstad June 6, 1959, in Sterling, Ill.
He was employed from 1958 to 1964 by Carnation Milk, Morrison; from 1964 to
1974 by Kewanee Boiler; from 1974 to 1984 by Acme Cleveland Co., Cleveland,
Ohio; and from 1984 to the present by Robert Sinto Corp., Detroit and Lansing,
Mich.
He enjoyed working with computers.
Survivors include the widow; a daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Bob
Schminky, Cleveland, Ohio; a son, Mark Haan, Downers Grove, Ill.; his parents,
Fulton; a sister and brother-in-law, LaVonne and Kenneth Huizenga, Morrison;
and brothers, Paul Haan, Lansing, and Roger and Craig Haan, both of Morrison.
