- Daniel John Bonshire, 49, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020 at home in Muncie, Indiana.
He was born in Muncie, Indiana on Thursday, July 9, 1970, the son of Fred Bonshire and Glenda (Hersley) Bonshire. He married the love of his life, Tracy Davies, on September 29, 1989, and she survives.
Daniel loved playing pool, playing games on the X-Box, hunting, fishing, going out to eat, and hanging out with family and friends. Another pastime was taking family to stroll through Wal-Mart because he loved hanging out there.
Survivors include his wife, Tracy (Davies) Bonshire; mother, Glenda Bonshire; daughters, Lacy Smith, Tabatha Cousins (husband, Davion), and Danyle Bonshire; brothers, Jake Bonshire (wife, Ashley), Will Bowen, and Richard Moreillan (wife, Carol); sisters, Karla Sloan and Lavora Cooper; grandchildren, Jaycob, Steven, and Jami Smith, Kay'Den Ware, Kai Ware, Tra'Kiyah Cousins, Aaliyah, Emmanuel, Ezekiel, and Solomon Bonshire; and several nieces and nephews.
Daniel was preceded in death by his dad, Fred Bonshire; grandmother "Mom", Violet Hersley; grandfather, Ralph Hersley Sr.; several aunts and uncles; and paternal grandparents.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2020, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.
