Matthias Brandt er en tysk skuespiller.
Brandt studerte ved Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover. Han ble første gang engasjert ved teateret i Oldenburg i 1985, og har senere arbeidet ved Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Nationaltheater Mannheim, Schauspiel Bonn, Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel, Renaissancetheater Berlin, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Schauspielhaus Bochum og Schauspiel Frankfurt.
Fra 2000 har han også hatt fjernsynsroller. I 2003 spilte han sin fars banemann Günter Guillaume i filmen Im Schatten der Macht (I maktens skygger).
