    Det var skifte etter moren Åste Bjørnsdatter i 1671. Boet eide jord i Vik, og i Bjørge og Langlim i Seljord. Arvingene var enkemannen Jon og sønnene Gjermund og Anders.

    Etter stemoren Aslaug var det skifte i 1676. Faren Jon var da død. Arvingene var sønnene til Jon og Åste, Gjermund og Anders, og 4 barn etter Rønnaug Torjusdatter Romme (som var niesen til Aslaug).
    Eiere av Vik etter skiftet var Gjermund og Anders Jonssønner, som delte gården.

    Gjermund tok øvre parten med ødegården Lien i Jondalen. Skylden på denne parten ble satt til 1 tønne 3 kv. Anders fikk nedre parten.

    Det var skifte etter Tone i 1698, men det er ikke nevnt noe eie i skiftedokumentene, og ser ikke ut til at arvingene mottok noen midler av noe slag.

    Gjermund kom i gjeld, og han pantsatte gården til Gunleik Høljesen Folsland nedre for et lån på 254 riksdaler. Ødegården Lien og plassen Huka inngikk også i pantet.

    Det var Gunleik Høljesen som overtok Vik øvre. Han fikk skjøte av Ingebret Gjermundsen i 1700.
