    ...Norgesmesterskapet for tennisjuniorene har samlet 60 spreke ungdommer på Nordstrand Tennisklubbs anlegg. Turneringslederen, A.J. Flesjø, forteller at det deltar spillere fra ti byer fra Kristiansund og sydover.
    Sistnevntes bys representant i gutteklassen, Olav Brinchmann-Hansen, hadde på et hengende hår slått ut en av de seedete, Per Erik Dahl, Njård. Kristiansunderen ledet 5/4 i avgjørende sett, men Dahl holdt hodet kaldt og gikk inn for sikkerhetsspill. Dermed vant han 8 poeng på rad, og gikk til kvartfinalen...
